Even though Easter is only a few days away — Sunday, April 1 — you still have time to plan to treat family and friends to an egg-cellent springtime feast at these San Diego County restaurants. Some restaurants offer Easter egg hunts, family activities and photo ops with the Easter Bunny. (Please note that reservations are required for most of the restaurants on this list, unless otherwise noted.)
