Chesney Hawkes has cheekily dodged questions about a potential Celebrity Big Brother gig.
The pop icon dropped by BBC Breakfast on Friday morning (April 4) to chat with Nina Warhurst and Charlie Stayt about his new tour dates.
But the conversation quickly shifted to whispers of Chesney's speculated entry into the Celebrity Big Brother house, which is set to kick off next week.
"Rumour has it, Chesney, that you're going in Celebrity Big Brother. Is that true or not?" Charlie quizzed, to which Chesney coolly responded: "I have no idea what you're talking about."
Not satisfied, Charlie pressed on: "So, that's a yes?" prompting Chesney to retort: "I don't know where you got that from.", reports the Daily Record.

Nina didn't let up either, probing about any pre-show rituals he might indulge in if he were indeed joining the show on Monday.
"Probably sleeping if I was to do that," Chesney quipped, before flipping the script and asking Charlie if he'd be entering the house.
"I'm not doing it, I can categorically say I'm not," Charlie declared, with Nina echoing: "So can I, but you can't though."
Charlie then tried to pin down Chesney's whereabouts for next Tuesday, the day after the show's launch, but the singer played coy.

"Let me think about this, uh well," he mused, playing his cards close to his chest.
"You've got a clear couple of weeks, maybe?" Charlie probed further, leading Chesney to reveal: "Yeah, I'm just going to rest in... sitting on the couch at home."
Charlie complimented the celebrity on their ability to keep secrets, remarking: "You're holding the line very well if I may say.
"Your face hasn't changed, I bet you're very good at poker," Nina added with a smile.

The Sun has reported on this year's Celebrity Big Brother cast, teasing that it will feature a Hollywood icon, a soap opera favourite, and a Love Island alum.
Joining Chesney Hawkes in the rumour mill are Jack P Shepherd, Mickey Rourke, Trisha Goddard, Chris Hughes, Donna Preston, and JoJo Siwa, all speculated to be entering the CBB house.
Celebrity Big Brother returns on Monday, April 7 at 9pm on ITV1, ITVX, STV and STV Player and BBC Breakfast airs daily on BBC One at 6am
