METRO-ATLANTA COUNTIES. YOU'RE INVITED TO AN AFTERNOON IN PARADISE! THIS SATURDAY - THE ANNUAL WILD WOMEN'S TEA PARTY IS HAPPENING FROM 2 TO 4 P.M. AT INDIGO HALL AT INDIGO RUN ON HILTON HEAD ISLAND. THERE WILL BE LIGHT BITES, FRUITY BEVERAGES, A RAFFLE, SILENT AUCTION, AND A FASHION SHOW! THERE WILL ALSO BE A CHANCE TO WIN PRIZES FOR BEST DRESSED, BEST HAT, MOST TROPICAL OUTFIT, AND WILDEST HAT! I'M SO EXCITED TO SERVE AS EMCEE FOR THIS EVENT FOR THE THIRD YEAR IN A ROW. ALL PROCEEDS BENEFIT LOWCOUNTRY LEGAL VOLUNTEERS. "WE REPRESENT A LOT OF LADIES WHO COME TO US IN SOME BAD SITUATIONS. THEY MAY HAVE BEEN ABUSED. THEY MAY HAVE BEEN ABANDONED. AND THEY WANT TO FIND A BETTER LIFE FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR KIDS. AND SO THEY'RE SUPER BRAVE TO COME TO US. Saturday, May 27, the annual Wild Women’s Tea Party is happening at Indigo Hall at Indigo Run on Hilton Head Island from from 2-4 p.m..There will be light bites, fruity beverages, a raffle, a silent auction, and a fashion show.There will also be a chance to win prizes for best dressed, best hat, most tropical outfit and wildest hat.WJCL's Riley Miller will serve as emcee for this event for the third year in a row.All proceeds benefit Lowcountry Legal Volunteers.“We represent a lot of ladies who come to us in some bad situations. They may have been abused. They may have been abandoned. And they want to find a better life for themselves and their kids. And so they’re super brave to come to us. And just to see their evolution as we get to help them is so powerful," said Anne Caywood, the executive director and managing attorney for Lowcountry Legal Volunteers.
